Gold & Silver - Terms & Conditions

By buying or selling Gold or Silver on Kredit.Pe, you agree to the following:

• Orders are fulfilled by our partner - Augmont Goldtech Pvt Ltd. Buying, selling, storage, and delivery of Gold or silver is managed by Augmont.

• In case of any conflict, the partner’s terms shall prevail for all services.

• Prices are based on live market rates defined by Augmont and are locked for a limited time during the transaction. Any delay may lead to price expiry and transaction failure.

• Gold & Silver are allocated based on live market price (defined by Augmont) and are rounded up to 4 decimal places.

• Purchases are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once the order is successful.

• Purchases above a specific threshold require valid KYC

• Payment for all purchases should be made from your own bank account.

• Your gold & silver are safely stored in Sequel vaults, India’s leading bullion storage company.

• Sale of gold or silver can be done only after 48 hours of purchase. 48 hours is the standard lock-in period for all purchases to ensure security.

• Once you sell your gold or silver, the money is sent to your bank account. You should receive it within 2 working days.

• Ensure the bank account details shared at the time of sale are accurate. Any incorrect entries may lead to failure of the transaction.

• You consent to sharing necessary details with the Partner (Augmont Goldtech Pvt Ltd.) to facilitate transactions.

• Suspicious transactions may be blocked or investigated.

• Offers provided on the Kredit.Pe platform are subject to change and Kredit.Pe reserves the right to modify or discontinue the offers at any time

• You are responsible for providing accurate information, complying with all terms, and ensuring lawful use of the service.
